Regions & rates

  • EU & UK: €10 flat rate on orders under €200.

  • Free shipping: orders €200+ (cart total at checkout).

  • All orders are charged in EUR at checkout. Product pages may display other currencies for convenience.

Processing time

  • Orders are dispatched within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).

  • You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier.

Estimated delivery times

  • EU & United Kingdom: 2–5 business days from dispatch (location-dependent).

  • Outside the EU/UK: timelines vary by destination; you’ll see estimates at checkout.

Duties & taxes

  • EU customers: VAT is included in product prices.

  • UK & non-EU customers: prices exclude local taxes/duties. Import VAT and any carrier handling fees are payable by the recipient when the order enters your country.
